Plus, a Shine N’ Show contest for the great looking cool machines and tricked out vehicles, and then a Burnout Contest for those that want to make a lot of noise and smoke or just have fun! Pit passes and grandstand admission is $5. Bracket registration is just $5! Gates open at 6:00, Practice Runs at 6:45 and the first bracket begins at 7:30.

SATURDAY, MAY 11th – It’s Mothers’ Day Weekend at the track featuring all the action of the Kwik Trip NASCAR Late Models, the Exhaust Plus Sportsmen and United Auto Supply Thunderstox! Plus, the Ladies take their annual trips around the quarter mile track in the QUEEN BEES race! Honoring all of the women in our lives, for Mothers’ Day, THE FIRST 3,000 ESCORTED LADIES ARE ADMITTED ABSOLUTELY FREE! The ANTS Complete Pest Control HORNETS will hit the track for round two of the 2013 season, All Kids’ age 11 & Under are admitted in absolutely FREE, and there will also be a KIDS’ BOX CAR RACE! Gates open at 6:00, Qualifying at 6:15 and the first race at 7:30.

Kids’ Box Car Race this Saturday

Parents, join us at the track with your kids this Saturday! The fun includes a Box Car Race for the kids, ages 5-11.

It’s easy to do and fun.
1. Find a cardboard box that fits over your child.
2. Cut holes in it for the head, arms and legs.
3. Paint it, color it, put stickers on it… decorate it like your child’s favorite race car
4. Practice running in it
5. Sign up at the back of the race tower on Saturday evening before 7:00.
6. Wear Running shoes and have fun!

The participants and a parent will get called by the track announcer to come down to the race track. Parents will line up behind the wall as your child’s “pit crew.” The kids race around and when the flagman waves the yellow, the kids pit with their parent, get a splash of high-performance Dasani Water and be on their way to finish the race.
