West Salem, WI- Currently 46 of the region’s top Super Late Model drivers have indicated their intentions of chasing the checkered flag at this weekend’s 55th annual Oktoberfest Race Weekend at LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway. The growing list of drivers includes past Oktoberfest winners Gabe Sommers, Andrew Morrissey, Casey Johnson and Ty Majeski.
Thursday night October 3 will feature two Super Late Model features, The Futures and The Knights with the seventeenth running of the ever-popular ‘Original Dick Trickle 99’ on Friday night, three 33-lap feature events. Then the ‘Stars and Cars’ of the ASA Midwest Tour will headline Sunday afternoon October 6 ‘Oktoberfest 200’ Championship event.
