July 24, 2013 (West Salem, WI) – You just can’t beat the experience of live unscripted drama, as it unfolds right in front of you, and that’s just exactly what happens every Saturday night! This Saturday, July 27th, should be no different, as Dasani presents the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series weekly action, featuring the Kwik Trip NASCAR Late Models, Exhaust Plus Sportsmen, United Auto Supply Thunderstox.
Steve Carlson is the Late Model point leader, and has been on fire all season. But the field stopped him twice last week from winning his fifth feature win of the 2013 season. Instead, J. Herbst won his second feature of the year and part time driver Mike Koeneke pulled out a win for the first time this season.
Jimmy Gilster won his first Sportsmen win of the season and David Cavin won his second career Thunderstox Feature, his second win of the 2013 season.
Joining in on the fun on the tracks will be the ANTS Complete Pest Control Hornets, a division that has shown off lots of great talent on the track and some awesome side by side racing this season as well. Last time the Hornets took to the track, it was Brandon Lemoine winning his first feature race at the speedway and Nate Towner, winning one of the many over his Hornet career. The cars are fast, the competition is furious, and the drivers are hungry to get back on the track this Saturday night!
But wait, there’s more! Jump right on in, as it’s the Splash-tacular Pool Jump to cap off the evening of family fun! Watch a stunt driver drive a car right off a ramp into a full swimming pool and watch the Spectacular Splash as it unfolds!
