OKTOBERFEST RACE WEEKEND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

West Salem, WI – Attending Oktoberfest Race Weekend for the first time? Check out our frequently asked questions below.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES: The LaCrosse Speedway office is located just outside the main grandstand entrance.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: We will not serve beer to anyone under the legal drinking age, or to anyone who is deemed intoxicated. Proper identification must be presented, and please drive responsibly!

ATM: There is an ATM available inside the grandstands under the race tower, in front of the concession stand.

AUTOMOBILE ASSISTANCE: Fans who encounter car trouble while visiting La Crosse Speedway may receive assistance. Please contact a Speedway staff member for assistance.

CARRY-INS: Carry in food and beverages are not permitted inside the gate (except items purchased from the food vendors adjacent to the entrance).

CONCESSIONS: The speedway’s concession stands are located at the top of the grandstand area on the frontstretch and are spread throughout the grandstands.

CREDIT CARDS: Credit Card are accepted at all ticket windows and the pit registration. We are cash only at our concession stands. We do offer an ATM under the main scoring tower.

FAMILY SECTION: The family seating sections are located at the end of the frontstretch, in front of the burger grill area, past the start finish line. Alcohol is not permitted in these areas.

GOLF CARTS / ATV’S: May I bring my golf cart or ATV to use on the grounds? Yes, you may, but there is a fee for a permit and rules to use. Please visit OktoberfestRaceWeekend.com for details.

HANDICAP ACCESS: The grandstands have designated wheelchair accessibility. On the west end, in the elevated grandstands are wheelchair designated spots. The speedway’s handicap parking is located just outside the grandstand playground on the north end of the east parking lot. Please display handicap credentials in your vehicle.

LOST AND FOUND: Lost & found items may be taken to & retrieved from the Souvenir Stand.

PAGING: The public address system at the Speedway will be used for paging fans in emergency situations only. Bring your cellular phone to find your friends or family members.

PARKING: Car parking is free for all spectators, in the proper parking areas (Please do not park in the Camping Areas).

RAIN CHECKS: In the event of postponement, your ticket will be honored on the date the event is rescheduled. During Oktoberfest many logistics come into play, but decisions are made keeping all parties involved in mind. Sorry, no cash refunds.

RE-ENTRY: Fans who leave the race track grandstands must have their hand stamped upon departure and have proper wristband on / or ticket stub in hand for re-admission.

RESTROOMS: Restrooms are located at the center of the frontstretch concession area. There are limited portable restrooms available in turn one and on the west end of the grandstand areas.

SECURITY: If you have any problems, emergencies, etc., find a security staff member, or contact a concession worker.

SMOKING: Wisconsin State Smoking Ordinance prohibits smoking in any of the seating. Smoking is allowed behind grandstand seating area only.

SOUVENIRS: The Speedway souvenir stand during the Oktoberfest Race Weekend is located across from the Ticket Entrance outside the grandstands

The Oktoberfest Race Weekend Camper Village officially opens at noon on Monday, October 2nd.

The track will be open for practice on Wednesday, October 4th from 2pm to 6:20pm.
