THE WAIT IS ALMOST OVER; ONE WEEK TO GO!

Can You Hear the THUNDER?

Don “Thunder” Turner, a LaCrosse Area Late Model driver for over 30 years, has made plans to go racing weekly at LaCrosse Speedway this season.

Turner, a veteran racer with experience in ARTGO, CWRA and other Super Late Model shows throughout the region will buckle up in a “weekly” NASCAR Late Model for the first time since the track became NASCAR Sanctioned in 1989 for weekly racing events.

Turner is the only driver to have raced at each and every one of the 47 Oktoberfest Race Weekends held.

Upcoming Open Practices
