(West Salem, WI.) Officials from LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway announced today that the annual pre-season competitors’ orientation meeting will be held Thursday night, March 14th. The meeting will take place at the Fox Hollow Banquet Hall, which overlooks the beautiful golf course located in Barre Mills.

Drivers, crew members, and anyone interested in participating in the 2013 season is encouraged and invited to attend. The meeting will cover race night procedures, memberships, pit parking, and other topics regarding the new season. All interested race teams will meet at the same time.

“2013 looks like it will be an exciting season,” stated Speedway Marketing Director Dave Noelke. “The meeting covers a lot of important information without the distractions of being at the track. It is a nice way to address any questions and let the new drivers meet the staff and understand our race procedures,” concluded Noelke.

Doors will open for the meeting at 5:00 p.m. when registrations and media forms will be accepted. The meeting will begin at 6:00. Those in attendance are eligible for some great door prizes for the upcoming racing season. The Hall is located at N3287 Cty. Hwy OA in LaCrosse (Barre Mills), approximately 5 miles south of the Speedway just off of Cty Rd M.

The 2013 racing season will begin on Saturday April 20th, as Budweiser presents the “Frostbuster Night” featuring the Late Models, Sportsmen, Thunderstox and Hornets. Green flag racing will start at 7:30.
