(West Salem, WI – August 8, 2012) A doubleheader weekend is ahead, as The first of two events kicks off on Friday night, featuring the Monster Energy Drink Street Drags.
It’s fast..it’s cheap…it’s fun! Bring out your own car, truck, mini-van, tuner, motorcycle, ATV, classic or muscle car, or whatever you drive…. you can race it! We can find a bracket of side-by-side street car drag racing for you to participate in. Bring along your friends to brag about it after the event, and maybe even take home a trophy!
Plus, there’s a burnout contest and a shine-n-show contest for those that are all about showing off. It’s a great place to hang out on a summer Friday night… so be there!
Gates open at 6:00, practice runs begin at 6:45 and the first bracket starts at 7:30. General Admission is $5, pit passes are $5 and bracket registration is $5. So much fun… so cheap and so close to home!
Then join us on Saturday night. Mobil 1 brings to you the action and excitement of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series featuring the Kwik Trip NASCAR Late Models, North Country Contractors Sportsmen and United Auto Supply Thunderstox.
In addition, the American Super Cup Series will make their return trip to the tricky but fast quarter mile track. Plus, the Volden Construction Outlawz will also hit the track for some ground pounding excitement.
The action was fast and furious last weekend with great battles in all divisions on the track. What could take place this week? All the point battles are very tight, and we could see changes in standings in any of the three weekly divisions. Be there to find out in person what drama unfolds in this unscripted fast paced sport that is so exciting! There are just four weeks remaining in the 2012 weekly season, so don’t miss a lap of action!
Gates open at 6pm, Qualifying at 6:15 and the first race begins at 7:30. General Admission is just $11, students age 12-17 are $5 and kids age 6-11 are $3. Children age 5 & under are always FREE.
