(West Salem, WI – May 25, 2011) This Saturday night, BEST WESTERN PLUS Riverfront Hotel and RIVERJACKS Restaurant present the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series action. Come out and watch the Kwik Trip NASCAR Late Models, North Country Contractors Sportsmen and United Auto Supply Thunderstoxall duke it out on the 5/8th mile and quarter mile tracks!

Plus, the Window World HORNETS will be on hand for all your racing excitement. It is a full night of g-rated family fun. PLUS! The Hornets will run in a wild AUSTRAILIAN PURSUIT Novelty Race.

Qualifying starts at 6:15, and the first green flag is at 7:30. General admission is $11, Students age 12-17 with a Student I.D. are $5, Kids age 6-11 are $3 and children age 5 & under are always FREE.

But wait… IT’s CONCESSION STAND BUCK NIGHT! All food and drink items are just $1!

Kids’ Box Car Race This Saturday!

This Saurday is the first Box Car Race for the kids this season.
It’s fun for both the kids and the parents! Here’s how it works…
1. Find a cardboard box that fits over your child (age 5-11). Cut holes for arms, legs and head (or construct straps or strings to fit over the shoulders).
2. Decorate it with paint, markers, stickers, etc. like your child’s favorite race car.
3. Bring it out to the Races this Saturday, and don’t forget your child’s running shoes. Sign up at the back of the race tower, and the race will begin after qualifying (approx. 7pm)
4. One parent is the crew member, giving your young racer a quick drink of water at the halfway pitstop to get them to the checkered flag.
5. Have Fun!
