April 16, 2010 West Salem, WI – Area race fans are in for a treat this season, with a great schedule of racing events on hand. New this year will be a 200 lap Enduro this week prior, to opening night for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series.
(West Salem, WI) Officials of the LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway announced today that Window World, America's largest window replacement company, and home of the original $189 window, have agreed to become the title sponsor of the LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway's Hornet division.
"We are excited about this opportunity to become a supporter of the racing events at the LaCrosse Speedway, while promoting Window World and it's $189 window," commented Tim Heinz, of Window World Wisconsin. "We look forward to branding the Window World name in the community, showing our local support, and creating awareness of our support of the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. We are excited about being a part of the Hornet division for years to come," concluded Heinz.

January 25, 2010 (West Salem, WI) - The 2009 NASCAR Whelen All-American Season officially concluded for LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway Friday night at the annual Champions' Banquet. Over 100 awards were presented at the sold-out event.
GM Performance Parts has just announced a special rebate program to help circle tracks racers preparing for the 2010 season. As an incentive for current or new users of GMPP sealed circle track crate engines, GM Performance Parts will rebate $$$ directly to the racer for engines purchased December 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
