LAWNKEEPERS PARTY DECK
The Lawnkeepers Party Deck was designed for small groups in mind. The deck, located overlooking turn one and the quarter mile track, is split into sections of 12 seats each. Your group can bring as few as 12 guests or as many as 72 to use the entire deck. Each guest will have their own patio chair and “bar-style” counter to sit at. Each guest will receive an admission ticket, which they will exchange for a deck wristband at the box office. They will also receive “all you care to eat” self-serve Hamburgers, Bratwursts, Hot Dogs, Chips, Nachos and Soda right on the deck. Pizza for everyone can be substituted for Hamburgers, Bratwursts and Hot Dogs. Beer is also available. Prices include sales tax and are valid for “regular” weekly racing events. Special event pricing may vary.

Hospitality Chalet.preview

UNITED AUTO SUPPLY HOSPITALITY CHALET
The United Auto Supply Hospitality Chalet is an exclusive location for your group only. You distribute tickets provided by the Speedway to your guests in advance. They bring their ticket to the box office and exchange for a Hospitality wristband. A staff member will welcome them as they enter the private area, which is filled with terraced picnic table seating. Inside the chalet, guests may receive dinner at the buffet line, which may include Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Bratwursts, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Nachos and Soda. Beer is not included, but is available at additional cost. Let our staff make your evening enjoyable for your group and let us do all the work for your company outing! Prices include sales tax and are valid for “regular” weekly racing events. Special event pricing may vary, and there is a $150 non-refundable deposit for the outing.

Menu A ($17.00 Per Guest) – Hamburgers -or- Brats (Choose One for Group), Hot Dogs, Potato Chips, Nachos, Soda, Admission Ticket. Children ages 6-11: $8.50. Age 5 & Under are Free.

Menu B ($19.00 Per Guest) – Hamburgers, Brats, Hot Dogs, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Nachos, Soda, Admission Ticket. Children ages 6-11: $9.50. Age 5 & Under are Free.

Adult Beverage Options: Half Barrel: $185, Case of Canned Beer: $48, Bartender Cash Bar Service: Minimum sales of $100 per hour during event (Cans of Beer Only).

COCA-COLA PICNIC TERRACE
An alternative to the Hospitality Chalet is the Coca-Cola Picnic Terrace, an exclusive festive location right inside the grandstands. Your guests will have the freedom to sit where ever they wish following a pre-race gathering with dinner under a tent. You distribute tickets provided by the Speedway to your guests in advance. They bring their ticket to the box office and exchange for a Hospitality wristband. Your guests will be served (depending upon menu selection: A or B) Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Bratwursts, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Nachos, Chips and Soda. Beer is not included, but is available at additional cost. Let our staff make your evening enjoyable for your group and let us do all the work for your company outing! Prices include sales tax and are valid for “regular” weekly racing events. Special event pricing may vary, and there is a $125 non-refundable deposit for the outing.

FAIRGROUNDS EXHIBITION BUILDING
For the larger groups up to 800 guests, your company may entertain its guests under a large building. Space is available for car displays and a stage is even available for live entertainment. Private restrooms are available. You distribute tickets provided by the Speedway to your guests in advance. They bring their ticket to the exhibition building entrance and exchange it for a Hospitality wristband. Their wristband will allow them into the grandstands to sit where ever they wish after they have eaten their dinner at the Exhibition Hall. Your guests will be served Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Bratwursts, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Nachos and Soda. Beer is not included, but is available at additional cost. Let our staff make your evening enjoyable for your group and let us do all the work for your company outing! Prices include sales tax and are valid for “regular” weekly racing events. Special event pricing may vary, and there is a $350 non-refundable deposit for the outing.
