NASCAR Racing & Kids’ Night Saturday

On Saturday Night, Klement’s Presents the action and excitement of the local chariots – the stars and cars, of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series! After a couple rained out events, last week the drivers finally got back on the track in a thrilling night of stock car racing. There was action in all divisions, a few wrecks and lots of side by side racing. The Sights…… The

Sounds….. the Smells….. of racing season finally returned to the banks of the 5/8th mile and 1/4th mile tracks.

Continuing the “school’s out” celebration, it’s Kids’ Night! All kids age 11 & under are admitted in absolutely FREE, and they also receive a FREE Klement’s Hot Dog! Gates open at 6:00, Qualifying at 6:15 and after the conclusion of Qualifying is the 10,000 Penny Gold Rush for all the kids – right at the Start / Finish Line!

The weekly warriors of the Speedway’s NASCAR Whelen All American Series – the Tobacco Outlet Plus Grocery Late Models, the Dean’s Satellite & Security Sportsmen, and the Auto Value Thunderstox will be joined by the ANTS Complete Pest Control Hornets, Subway Outlawz and the annual Queen Bees Race.

Last Week’s racing featured two Late Model Features, swept by Minnesota’s Nick Panitzke, races that fans saw lead changes, side by side racing, a few spins, and a little bit of crashing. Several yellow flags interrupted the Sportsmen feature as well. Have the drivers settled down a bit and now are the “bugs” worked out of their race cars? Come on out this Saturday night for all the great racing action – right here in your back yard at your NASCAR Home Track!
